There are separate pricing arrangements for the call center solution by T-Soft and by the call center company that is being serviced. For each operator that will serve the customer, T-Soft receives a monthly fee of TL 100. In many projects 1 customer representative can be sufficient. When we are integrated, we will be able to contact the call center companies for fee information. Charges are charged according to the services provided.
